About Academy XP

Academy XP is a specialist online provision designed for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 learners who require a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment outside of mainstream education.

We deliver small-group, live online sessions built around carefully designed “missions” that develop resilience, communication, problem-solving, creativity, and transition readiness. Our approach blends structured instruction with interactive digital platforms to re-engage learners who may have experienced barriers in traditional settings.

With a maximum of six learners per session, Academy XP prioritises relationships, emotional regulation, and academic progress in equal measure.
