Academy XP is seeking a passionate and skilled Distance Learning Mentor to support small groups of KS3 and KS4 learners within our online provision.
This role involves delivering structured, mission-based sessions that build resilience, communication, problem-solving, and transition readiness in learners who may have struggled in mainstream settings.
You will work remotely, facilitating live online sessions with cohorts of up to six learners.
